  • Semi Private Training is personal training in a small group setting.

    You will still receive individual attention – our expert coaches will be moving around to make sure you are doing things correctly and safely during your session.

  • Semi-Private is ideal if you want real results, expert coaching, and accountability–but still enjoy the energy of training with others. You’ll follow a personalized program in a small group setting, so you get the best of both worlds: individual attention and community support.

  • Group fitness classes follow one workout for everyone. Semi-private training focuses on you individually.

  • No, we will structure your workouts to your fitness level.

  • The intensity is up to you. We’ll turn it up or down as needed each session.

  • Sessions are capped at 7 people.

  • Yes, we’ve taken lots of women through their entire pregnancy, giving them the strength and endurance needed for delivery.

    During postpartum, we will get you back into the swing of things as soon as you feel ready and at your own pace. We will get you moving again, while re-establishing your core and pelvic floor.

  • We offer two monthly membership options.

    $399 Monthly for Training 2x/Week ($50/session)
    $499 Monthly for Training 3x/Week ($41/session)

  • We require you to commit for six months of training in order to see results.

  • Sign up for sessions through MindBody. We will get you set up with an account when you join.

  • Semi-private training sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made 12 hours in advance will be credited back to your account. No shows will count as a used session.

  • Virtual sessions are available when you’re traveling or unable to attend in person.

  • We recommend 2-3x per week for the best results.

  • Yes! Contact us and we’ll get you in for a trial session.
