Our Small Group Classes offer an elevated workout experience–intentionally programmed, expertly coached, and capped at 14 clients so you get attention, motivation and results in a supportive community. You’ll train in a smaller setting so you’re never just another number–and your form and progress always matter.

H.I.I.T
Our H.I.I.T. class is a great way to de-stress, burn fat and build muscle! We'll start with a dynamic warm up, work our way into some circuits and cool down with some dynamic stretching. You might shake and sweat a little bit but I promise it will be worth it!

Weight Training
Name says it all. We are going to lift weights and get stronger! You have the freedom to lift as heavy or light as you want. I'm here to guide you through your weight session, educate you on the exercises and teach you all sorts of ways to lift weights and lift them safely. Don't worry about your fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or you've been lifting for years, we got you! All you have to do is show up.

Boxing Boot Camp
Boxing Bootcamp is fun for everyone. Don't worry about your skill level. If you know how to punch or if you've never thrown a punch we got you! We'll do a mix of pad work, conditioning and core. Warning...side effects can include increased muscle, endurance and confidence. Now come h.i.i.t. some sh!t and get fit!

VRX – Circuit Training
Elevate your workout schedule with VRX, a high-intensity interval workout that harnesses the power of TRX suspension training. This dynamic class combines explosive cardio bursts with strength-building TRX exercises to torch calories, build lean muscle and improve functional fitness. Expect heart-pumping intervals, full-body movements, and constant variety as you leverage your bodyweight and gravity to challenge every muscle group. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or find some calm in your busy week, this class has you covered. We'll flow through poses that challenge your body and quiet your mind, with modifications for every level. Expect to leave feeling centered, stretched out, and ready to take on whatever comes next. No experience necessary - just bring yourself and an open mind.

Small group classes are coach-led workouts with a limited number of participants. Everyone follows the same structured workout, while the coach provides guidance, motivation, and modifications to meet different fitness levels.

Classes are capped at 14 people.

Not at all! We will start wherever you are and build as we go. Whether you are brand new to working out or just returning to exercise, we would love to have you! We will give you whatever modifications are needed to give you a solid workout for wherever you’re at.

We use dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bosu’s, battle ropes, bands, TRX’s, plyo boxes, vipers, balance pads, and our bodies.

Drop Ins are $35/class. We offer monthly membership plans for two or three classes per week.

Small group classes must be cancelled through Mindbody 2 hours in advance. Cancellations made 2 hours in advance will be credited back to your account. No shows will count as a used session.
